Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus): Rich in iron, calcium, manganese and magnesium. Known as 'the mother herb' and one to help support a healthy pregnancy. It's soothing nature helps relieve symptoms of nausea & vomiting. Regular use supports strengthening the uterus in preparation for birth.

Nettle (Urtica dioica): Particulary abundant in vitamins A, C, D and K, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorous and sulfur. This remarkably nutrient-rich and cleansing herb known to strengthen and support the whole body, with anti-inflammortory properties and helping to restore lost energy.

Oatstraw (Avena sativa): A herb known to nourish and support the nervous system that can be remarkably strengthening and uplifting to the mind.

Rosehip (Rosa canina L.): Rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C and E and anti-inflammotory properties, supporting a healthy immune system.

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita): Known for its relieving and relaxant properties, it helps to reduce stress, anxiety and irritability, reduce tension, relieve intestinal cramping and promote sleep.
Hot Brew: Pour 250ml boiling water over 1 - 2 heaped teaspoons (per serving) over tea leaves and let steep for 6 - 8 minutes. Strain and enjoy - sweeten with a little honey if desired.

Cold Brew: Follow instructions of the hot brew, after straining pop into the fridge for desired temperature. Add ice cubes for an extra refreshing drink.

Serving: 30g (20-25 cups) / 10g (6-10 cups)

Recommended dosage: drink up to 3 cups per day (along with your regular water intake).

Storage: Keep sealed in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. Ingredients hand packed therefore may settle, stir to mix and balance ingredients.
