Birth Preparation, Antenatal Education & Postpartum Planning

Congratulations on your pregnancy, in no time at all you will be holding your precious little baby in your arms. But before that you've got to birth your baby. Whether you are thinking of having a home birth, birthing at a birth centre or hospital, hoping for a natural vaginal birth, vaginal birth after caesarean section (vbac) or an elective caesarean (c-section), let me help you feel supported and prepared, creating your birthing wish list of what you would like to experience bringing your little into this world.

Are you wondering how you will manage once your baby is born; going through your physical and emotional recovery and transitioning into your new role as a mother? I can also help you plan and prepare for your fourth trimester, so you can set yourself up to have an empowering and fulfilling postpartum bonding time with your baby, your partner and the rest of your family.
